FREE AND USER FRIENDLY WEBSITE, DEARPOLITICIAN.ORG, LAUNCHES TO CONNECT AMERICANS WITH GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVES
"You represent me."
Carmel, IN - September 1, 2009 - DearPolitician.org launches their new website to assist
Americans in communication with their elected representatives on a local and federal level. This
website is nonpartisan, user-friendly, and free of charge.
"It's a unique website that allows all Americans to communicate with their politicians easily and
at no charge," says Dearpolitician.org's Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Tony Walz.
"Americans are busy, and it's not always easy to find the correct information for the politicians
in their district. Many don't even know where to look. Our website does it for them."
DearPolitician.org was created with a user-friendly interface that allows users to create letters in
minutes by using a four step process following the creation of a secured account.
- User selects whether the letter they are writing regards a local (state) issue or federal
(national) issue.
- From the representatives in their district, the user selects whom they want to address.
- On the provided template, user composes the body of the letter
- Upon submission, user has the option to 1) print and mail the letter(s) themselves, 2) send
their letter(s) through DearPolitician.org's electronic fax service, or 3) both.
At this time, DearPolitician.org assists Americans with contacting the President and Vice
President, as well as their Senators, Congressmen, and Governor. The database of elected
officials both locally and nationally continues to grow and is continually updated.
DearPolitician.org is also developing an iPhone application, giving users the ability to send
letters directly from their phone.
DearPolitican.org is supported by donations and sales from its online store. To learn more,
